A: Typically, in the spring, we start the second week of April. Men’s divisions play through the summer and into fall. Co-ed takes summer off and starts the second session in Sept-Oct.

A: Typically, men’s division plays 1 of the games Monday night and 3 games Tuesday night.
Men’s over 40 plays on Thursdays nights.

Q: What do we do if we don't have enough females for our coed game?
A: Captains can discuss playing up a guy or playing down a player.

A: 45 minutes
Q: Are there bathrooms at the field?
A: Yes. And porta potties during the off season.
Q: Is there a place to get water at the fields?
A: Yes but best to bring your own water.
Q: How early should I show up to my game?
A: Best to be at least 10 minutes early.
Q: Do I need to bring anything with me to the 1st game to verify my identity?
A: Yes, please bring your government issued picture ID so captains can confirm registrations.
Q: What's the minimum age for women in coed?
A: 25 but there are 2 exceptions per team (21-24).

Q: Why does men’s cost more than co-ed?
A: Co-ed plays 8 games with a center ref. Men’s divisions plays 10 games with a center and 2 AR’s.

A: No. We do, however, drop the price halfway through the session.

Q: Why do I need a player card?
A: Your US Club Soccer card/ fee covers our insurance and liability costs. It also provides supplemental insurance coverage should you get hurt during an INSA game.

A: For Plantes Ferry: Fields are maintained and operated by the joint effort of the Spokane Rapids and Spokane Indians Youth Baseball.
Q: Who assigns the referees?
A: Currently, our Director holds that responsibility.
Q: What do we do if a referee doesn't show up?
A: See if someone is willing to stand in as a field monitor. Alternatively, you can make your own calls. Please let your commissioner know if the ref(s) don’t show up.

Q: Is it OK to argue a call with a referee?
A: No. FIFA Law - The decisions of the referee regarding facts connected with play, including
whether or not a goal is scored and the result of the match, are final. The
decisions of the referee, and all other match officials, must always be respected.
We are asking refs to crack down on this. Cards will be given.
Q: Is INSA a for profit or not for profit organization?

Q: I'm a team captain, how do I invite players?
A: 1 Register Team for Team Registration
Click the “Enroll” button for the Team Registration Program. The Site has a secure
Registration Process, so when you click the “Enroll” button you will be prompted to Sign In if
you aren’t already logged in.
• If you are a new user, click the “Not registered? Create a new account” link and
follow the steps to sign in.
• If you are not a new user, then sign in. If you do not remember your password, click
the “Forgot your password?” link and follow the steps to be emailed your password.
2 Add Items To Your Cart
After you Sign In, you will be on the “Add Items To Your Cart” page.
On this page:
1) From the “Enrollee” list select your name
2) From the “Enrollment Type” list select “General”
3) From the “Program” list select the Team Registration program
4) From the “Offering” list select the offering
5) Click the “Add Enrollment” button
6) Repeat the above steps if you want to choose additional offerings.
7) When done, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
3 Team Information
• On the Team Information page, complete all information, then click the “Next” button
at the bottom of the page.

• On the Checkout page, complete the Billing and Payment Information -- then click the
Place Order button at the bottom of the page.
5 Manage Rosters
• After you have registered, from the menu in the top dark blue navigation bar, select
“Manage Rosters” and then select your Team Name.
6 Add to Roster
• Click the Add to Roster button to add players to your Roster.
• When you’re done filling in your roster, click the “Submit” button so the organization
administering the web site knows you have completed your Roster.
• Important Note: The organization administering the web site can see which rosters
are “Submitted” versus not.

Q: I'm a player, how do I register?
A: Please use the registration email that comes from your captain.
Q: I'm a new player, why do I need to bring a photo ID to the 1st game?
A: So we can verify your identity (legal name, date of birth, photo)
Q: I'm a captain and can't get enough players for my game, what options do I have?
A: With the opposing captain’s permission, try to get subs from another team that has a bye. Alternatively, non-member players can purchase single game passes via our store link on our website.
Q: What cancels or stops games?
A: Sometimes weather, air quality, field conditions, etc. Commissioners will notify captains ASAP if games are canceled.
Q: How will I find out if the game is canceled?
A: From your captain.
Q: How much notice will I have if the game is canceled?
A: Hopefully 24 hours but this can vary depending on the reason for the cancelation.
Q: How do I find out the air quality which may impact my game being canceled?
A: Google Spokane air quality and ask your captain the game is being rescheduled/ canceled.
If the AQI gets above 150 most likely the games will be canceled but it is up to commissioners.
Q: I got a red card, what happens next?
A: Any direct red card presented to a player shall result in a minimum two game
suspension for that player, added to the remainder of the game in which the red
card was presented. However, if a player receives a red card as a result of two
yellow cards in one game, he shall be suspended for the next game only, in
addition to the remainder of the game in which he was presented with his
second yellow card. Also, upon review of ANY serious infraction by the league,
additional game suspensions may be added to the previous one or two game
suspensions described above.
Finally, fighting or any other similar violent action
may (and most likely) result in additional games suspension, or even permanent
disqualification from participation in the league.
• Foul/abusive/provocative language towards a ref that warrants a red card results
in a 5 game/week suspension of play. Any report of violent physical contact with
a referee results in a lifetime ban from any and every INSA league, effective
immediately.
• If a player receives a red card and does not leave the fields immediately
following, the player will receive a 5 game/week suspension. Failure to leave the
fields is a 5 game/week suspension form ALL INSA Divisions.
